NJOY Ace Kit Pod Review

NJOY was one of the few vape companies who actually had a really good Black Friday deal going on, so I bought this Ace kit for only $1. Well, it was $5 with shipping, but still a great deal.

So if you’re not familiar with NJOY, they are an independent company, not owned by Big Tobacco. And they’ve been in the vape game for a long time. In 2010, they won a lawsuit against the FDA that prevented the FDA from regulating vape products as drugs or medical devices. They played a big role in allowing vaping to be the industry it is today.

They aren’t nearly as popular as they once were, but they’re one of the only independent brands that aren’t owned by tobacco that you can actually find in gas stations and convenience stores. I’ve always been a big fan of their products, so I’m excited to talk about their new Ace kit.

Study Shows Vaping Helps More Smokers Quit Than FDA Approved Products

The New England Journal of Medicine just published a new study today that shows vaping is twice more successful in helping smokers to quit smoking than patches, lozenges, and gum. The study was performed by researchers at Queen Mary University of London and it was funded by Britain’s National Institute. Independent experts who have reviewed … Read more

Wismec Luxotic DF 200w Review

I purchased the Wismec Luxotic DF box from Sourcemore.com. You can get it from their site for $53 (affiliate) or get it directly from Wismec for around $67 (affiliate). This is a dual 18650 squonk device that pushes 200 watts.

There aren’t many dual battery squonkers on the market so this is an interesting product. I actually have one of the earliest, if not the first dual battery regulated squonk devices, the Kangertech Dripbox 160, which came out around July 2016. I absolutely love it and still use it sometimes, but I think it was a little ahead of its time. Squonking wasn’t nearly as popular then as it is today and the Dripbox 160 was really big. Not any bigger than the Luxotic DF or any other dual battery squonker, but it was a different time and I think people just didn’t want something so big.

Anyway, let’s talk about the Luxutic DF

The Vibe Line from Vape Craft Inc.

Vape Craft Inc. was kind enough to send me their Vibe line for review. There are five flavors in all, but I didn’t get their “Hip Hop” flavor.

All of their flavors are named after music genres

  • Hip hop is a grape and strawberry e-juice
  • EDM is a cherry and lemon-lime soda e-juice
  • Country is a peach ring and strawberry e-juice
  • Blues is an apple & cinnamon e-juice
  • Rock is a sour blue raspberry gummy e-juice

Artery Pal 2 Review

The Artery PAL 2 was sent to me for review from HeavenGifts.com. You can get it from them for about $35 (affiliate).

So it wasn’t that long ago that I reviewed the original Artery PAL, even though it’s been out for quite a while now. The draw was a little too airy for me and the coils were just average, but some people like an airy draw so that’s just personal preference and the device looked great. But now I’m here with the Artery PAL II, and while it looks similar in form factor on the outside, it’s totally different on the inside.

So this one was developed in partnership with Tony B. From the Vapor Trail Channel. He didn’t design it himself, but he collaborated with them on making sure it’s a really good device. Tony has said that he prefers higher powered vapes but that he did this because he believes these devices are good for beginners and for general on-the-go vaping for anybody. And while he might believe that devices like this aren’t his forte, I’d argue that with all of his squonking experience, particularly with single coil setups, he knows more about it than he thinks, which is evident in the final product here.
