The Elder Dragon RDA (affiliate) was sent to me for review from Wotofo. The Elder Dragon RDA from Wotofo was developed in collaboration with the popular Japanese vape reviewer Ryusei Sakaue (阪上龍生).

This RDA is called the Ryujin RDA in Japan, but the names, Elder Dragon and Ryujin, are synonymous. In Japanese mythology, Ryujin is the dragon god that has the power of the ocean and the ability to transform into a human. He controls the tides and his servants are sea turtles, fish, and jellyfish. So what does this have to with the Elder Dragon RDA? Nothing! But It’s a cool story, right? Alright, let’s talk about it.

Vandy Vape Pulse X Kit Review

The Pulse X Kit was sent to me for review from Sourcemore.com. Get it here (affiliate). This is nearly a year old now, having been released around August of 2018, but it’s still the latest version of the Pulse mod and comes with the Pulse X RDA so it’s worth looking at.

I actually reviewed the Pulse 80w last year and I loved it. I still use it, which I think says a lot about it, at least for me. It’s a great device.

Well the Pulse X is the upgraded 90-watt version, so let’s take a look at this kit.

Ezee E-Cigs Cigalikes Review – Rechargeables, Disposables, and an Energy Vape

I was contacted by the folks over at Ezee E-Cigarettes to review their cigalike products. Ezee E-Cigarettes are a small, family-owned e-cig producer in Denmark who make both disposable and rechargeable cigalike products.

I chose to review their products for a few reasons

  1. I think cigalikes are still good products for some people
  2. I like their brand messaging and how they clearly target their products to adults
  3. As a teen of the 90’s, I was a huge fan of Eazy-E, even if that’s not really how Ezee E-Cigarettes got their name. 😉

The IQOS Can Now Be Legally Sold in the U.S.

Phillip Morris (PMI) has been trying to get their “heat-not-burn” product, the IQOS, approved to be sold in the U.S. for years now. If you’re not familiar with the IQOS, it’s an electronic device that heats tobacco-filled sticks, branded as Heatsticks at PMI, to the point of creating vapor, but it doesn’t get hot enough to burn the tobacco and create smoke. These Heatsticks look a lot like cigarettes, but they’re shorter and have ingredients like VG or PG that allows them to be vaporized. The IQOS has been hugely successful in other countries, so obviously, PMI wants to sell them in the U.S. too.
