I received VapeWild’s Hold The Door as a gift from one of my great subscribers, Scott. VapeWild’s description for this e-juice says: Smell and Taste For this review, I used the Veritas RDA built at 1.08 ohms on the SMOK Alien at 20 watts. It smells like banana and it smells sweet. I can’t really … Read more
VapeWild’s Yellow Dye #5 was given to me by one of my subscribers, Scott. As you can see from the video, the label says “Vape It Forward”, and being the cool guy that he is, Scott did just that. So thanks, Scott! And Vape Wild is really cool about sending free flavors like this in their orders, in case you’re wondering what that’s about.

Here’s a question many newer vapers ask – is vaping bad for athletes? Any experienced vaper who has switched from smoking will tell you that they’ve seen very drastic health improvements after switching. But what about nicotine in general? For example, it’s been a long tradition in professional baseball with athletes chewing tobacco. This could be due to beliefs of nicotine and enhanced sports performance. Athletes and nicotine use appears to be growing.
According to a study published this month, anywhere from a third to nearly half of serious athletes playing team sports are using nicotine to enhance performance. The author of the study, School of Sport, Exercise and Nutrition Senior Lecturer Dr. Toby Mundel found that nicotine use is fairly high in team sports and is increasing. So he designed this study to try to figure out why athletes are using it and how it affects physical performance.

I came across a really interesting thread online about thinning out e-juice. This person has a friend that has an allergic reaction to PG, so his friend asked him to create a PG-free e-juice. The problem is that his friend uses a tank that can’t wick high-VG e-juice because it’s just too thick and viscous. So he’s asking if there’s a good method to thin-out 100% VG e-juice.
This is something I have actually considered before but never researched. Every once in a while I come across a high-VG store-bought e-juice that’s much thinner than usual. I know they are thinning it out, but I don’t know how. I’ve always assumed water.
Here’s what I found.

ECC California, one of the biggest vape conventions in the country, held its 5th annual event over the weekend and one of the biggest announcements was about a new battery technology developed by Innokin.
Not a whole lot has been said about this new technology, but Innokin is claiming that after years of research, they have made a breakthrough in battery technology and have developed a new technological advancement that can be used in many rechargeable battery applications, even outside of vaping.

I don’t know how many of you subscribe to Heathen on YouTube, but he put up a video on August 9th to talk about some drama between him and Mark Fagan.
There’s always some sort of drama going on in our community it seems. I try not to talk about every little bit of drama that happens in the community, but this is a sort of “news” show so when the drama gets I have to talk about it. Well, this drama isn’t actually that big, but I wanted to talk about it because of how Heathen handled it, and he handled it like an adult. Which is not so common in this community.

Note: Black Note sent me some e-juice to review (coming soon) and I asked them if they would write a blog post to give my readers some expert info on high quality naturally extracted tobacco (NET) e-juice, so here it is!
Even though cigarettes and Black Note vape liquid both contain real tobacco, the taste between the two is decidedly different. You’ll also find a big difference between Black Note vape juice and other tobacco e-juice on the market, as well as enjoying a distinctly different taste with each of Black Note’s tobacco blends. There are many factors that play a role in making each Black Note tobacco blend a truly unique experience – different from anything else you may have experienced, well, ever.

I received three flavors from FlavaHub for their Fantastic Juice line. Flava Hub is from Malaysia and I just want to point that out because they might have different tastes than what I’m used to here in the U.S. and also because of shipping time and costs. I looked up shipping to the U.S. and if you go with 3-7 day DHL Express, it’ll set you back $25 just for one bottle. Registered Air Mail is much more reasonable at only $3.50, but it will take about 3.5 weeks.
